Sources with direct knowledge say TMZ … The ‘RHOA’ star and Tirone – who is currently being sentenced to home confinement – have not spoken since a Nov. 6 incident, when Sherry told Tirone that she had left NYC to go to him in Philadelphia.
The conflict started several hours before they were scheduled to meet … because Sheree told Tirone that she would have a ‘RHOA’ camera crew with her when she comes to town.
We were told that Sherry wanted him to come film a scene with her in a restaurant – but, obviously, that would be a huge no-no for Tirone due to his confinement at home. To put it plainly, a judge could have thrown his ass back in jail … if he would have gone.
So he went through the shooting, and the production told his lawyers that they would simply edit the show so that it would look like Tyrone had set it up.

Making matters worse, the photo started circulating online … showing Sheree sitting alone in a Philly restaurant. Eagle-eyed fans noticed 2 menus on the table – not to mention the camera crew – and assumed Tyrone was there shooting scenes.
Although he was not, he was worried about the optics with the courts.
As we first told you … when Sheree returned to ‘RHOA,’ She made it clear She wanted her relationship with Tyrone to be a big storyline – but that seems now derailed. Since the incident in Philly, we have been told that they have not spoken, and there has been no apology from either side.
