Atmospheric rivers to soak British Columbia and western Washington

In Fraser Valley of British Columbia, “strong warming will accompany the system that will cause snow levels to rise well above the mountain tops Saturday afternoon,” wrote Environment Canada, the country’s weather service. “Snowmelt will contribute to run away, increasing the risk of flooding and possibly impact on vulnerable landscapes and infrastructure.”
